Hotel Housekeeper

Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited, a hospitality consultancy firm established in 2009, is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to support hotel operations by ensuring guest rooms and shared facilities are kept clean, organized, and comfortable. The role is essential in delivering a hygienic and pleasant guest experience across all areas of the hotel.

• Clean, tidy, and maintain guest rooms to required hotel standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and ensure rooms are properly arranged
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries and other essentials
• Carry out dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and general room cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other public areas
• Identify and report maintenance issues or damaged property promptly
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, ironing, and sorting where required
• Respond to guest requests in a polite, timely, and professional manner
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and hotel operational standards
