Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
Manage and grow distributor, dealer, and key farm accounts nationwide
Identify new business opportunities and high-potential customers
Build strong relationships with poultry farms, fish farms, integrators, and commercial producers
Lead, coach, and motivate a regional sales team
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback
Work with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Support product promotion, demonstrations, and farmer engagement programs
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and ethical sales practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
7 – 10 years sales experience in animal feeds (poultry and fish feed focus required)
Proven experience managing distributor networks and key accounts in Nigeria
Strong knowledge of poultry and aquaculture feed markets
Experience leading and managing sales teams
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Good understanding of farm economics and feed industry dynamics
Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills
