Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in showroom clients professionally
- Understand customer needs (kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, etc.)
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- Close sales and meet monthly targets
- Work closely with designers to meet client expectations
- Upsell additional services such as lighting, wallpaper, and curtains
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals
- Ensure showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in showroom or interior sales
- Knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, or interior finishing is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused
