Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy
- Monitor and enforce internal control processes across business operations
- Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable insights
- Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
- Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and reports
- Develop dashboards and management reports for decision-making
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on system enhancements and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in ERP support, data analysis, or internal controls
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data tools
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of internal control frameworks and audit processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
