Restaurant Manager

Ascentech Services Limited is hiring experienced Restaurant Managers to oversee operations within its Quick Service Restaurant outlets on Lagos Island. The role involves managing outlet performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading restaurant teams to achieve operational efficiency.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive sales performance and operational efficiency
• Manage inventory, vendors, reporting, and compliance
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance
• Handle POS transactions and basic financial reporting
• Support staff training and development
• Prepare operational reports and resolve issues promptly

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
