Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular customer visits to support business growth and ongoing projects
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with technical teams for solutions and product trials
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
- Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts
- Identify and target potential clients including industries, factories, and catering contractors
- Promote products and applications to increase market penetration
- Achieve assigned sales targets across products and regions
- Execute sales strategies and operational plans effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support business meetings, seminars, and engagement activities
- Prepare accurate reports in line with company standards
Required Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc in Sales and Marketing or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing
- Prior experience in flour or baking products is compulsory
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations
- Must be open to transfer within Nigeria or West Africa based on business needs
