Job Summary

Global Peace Development is looking for a competent Administrative Assistant to provide strong administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth office operations while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team
  • Organize office records, documents, and correspondence efficiently
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Assist with report preparation and documentation processes
  • Support procurement, filing, and general office management tasks
  • Maintain professionalism in handling office operations and confidential information
  • Ensure smooth workflow and administrative coordination across departments

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field of study
  • At least 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of professional experience in administrative roles
  • Proven ability to provide high-level support to the management team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment
