Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure and operations across multiple locations
- Configure and maintain firewalls (Sophos/Fortigate)
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot LAN networks
- Handle internet lease line setup and troubleshooting
- Configure and manage routers and switches
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments and services
- Oversee AWS server management and cloud infrastructure
- Provide L3 technical support for complex IT issues
- Lead and manage an IT team, ensuring optimal performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business needs
- Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong expertise in firewall configuration (Sophos/Fortigate)
- Experience with LAN setup and troubleshooting
- Exposure to Starlink connectivity and setup
- Hands-on experience with internet lease lines
- Proficiency in routers and switch configuration
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and AWS server management
- Ability to provide L3 support
- Experience managing multiple locations and distributed systems
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 5 IT professionals
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
