Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Organize safety training and awareness programs for staff
- Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare reports
- Collaborate with different teams to enforce safety standards on-site
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an HSE role
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, reporting, and training delivery skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
