Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle correspondence and internal/external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate tasks and ensure timely execution of priorities
- Maintain confidentiality in all executive matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage
