Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all physical development projects within the University
Oversee maintenance of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Manage contractors, vendors, and technical personnel effectively
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and infrastructure improvement plans
Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
Advise management on infrastructure needs and long-term development strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or related field
Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience
Strong project management and supervisory skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
High level of accountability and problem-solving ability
Experience in infrastructure planning or facility management is an advantage
