Estate Surveyor

Mubarak and Partners is urgently seeking a qualified Male Estate Surveyor for its Kaduna office. The ideal candidate must have studied Estate Management and should currently reside in Kaduna. This role is suitable for individuals with strong knowledge of property management, valuation, and estate operations.

• Manage property valuation and inspection activities
• Handle estate management operations and client property records
• Prepare reports on property conditions and market value
• Support property acquisition, leasing, and facility management processes
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company standards

• Must have studied Estate Management
• Must reside in Kaduna
• Qualification: HND or BSc
• Strong knowledge of estate surveying and property management
• Good communication and organizational skills
