Job Summary

  • Attend to enquiries and resolve complaints via in-branch, phone, and digital channels
  • Assist customers with account opening and digital onboarding
  • Promote digital banking channels and guide customers on product usage
  • Record customer interactions in CRM and escalate unresolved issues
  • Meet customer satisfaction targets and stay updated on bank products

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service within banking or fintech
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic digital literacy
  • CIBN student membership or banking certification is an added advantage
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Benue State
