Social Media Manager

Insyt FamilyCare is hiring a Social Media Manager to create engaging content and manage digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design and content skills, especially within healthcare or service-based brands.

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Create engaging content including Reels and short-form videos
• Design visuals using Canva and other tools
• Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions
• Monitor trends and optimize content performance
• Simplify complex healthcare topics into relatable content

• 1–3 years experience managing social media for a brand
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based business (advantage)
• Strong Canva design skills (mandatory); CapCut/Adobe tools is a plus
• Ability to create short-form video content
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Good understanding of social media algorithms
