Joint Venture Accounting & Liaison Officer

A company is hiring a Joint Venture Accounting & Liaison Officer to manage JV accounts, partner relations, and financial compliance within the oil & gas sector. This role is suited for an experienced accounting professional with strong knowledge of JV structures and reporting standards.

• Prepare and reconcile Joint Venture (JV) accounts
• Monitor cost recovery in line with PSCs and JV agreements
• Manage partner reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide financial insights and reporting support

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in JV/Oil & Gas accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA is an advantage)
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PSCs, JV agreements, and IFRS/GAAP
