Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children and ensure a safe, clean play environment
- Lead structured and engaging play sessions
- Actively interact with children (not passive supervision)
- Welcome families and manage check-in/check-out
- Observe children’s behavior and provide feedback to the team
- Assist in setting up and maintaining play areas
- Support tutors during sessions when needed
- Ensure every child is engaged and having a positive experience
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work with children in a structured environment
