Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related enquiries and staff concerns within assigned regions or business divisions
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Collaborate with business managers to strengthen leadership capability in managing teams and enforcing HR policies
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and support continuous on-the-job learning for employees
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and meetings to identify workplace challenges and implement practical solutions
- Prepare and report outcomes of HR initiatives and engagement programs to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least Second Class Lower
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources Management in a fast-paced organization
- Experience in recruitment and staff training is preferred
- HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, or equivalent is an added advantage
- Strong process improvement and re-engineering capability is desirable
