Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the division’s profit and loss, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability
- Develop and implement business plans, operational budgets, and long-term growth strategies
- Oversee financial discipline across production, logistics, supply chain, and sales operations
- Lead the establishment, setup, and scaling of food production facilities including equipment planning and operational design
- Design and optimize production systems to improve efficiency, yield, quality, and capacity utilization
- Supervise maintenance planning, production scheduling, and operational performance management
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards including GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements
- Establish strong quality control, assurance, and product traceability systems
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality, formulation, packaging, and shelf stability
- Manage regulatory engagement, ensuring all certifications, permits, and approvals are obtained and maintained
- Lead market expansion strategies including customer acquisition, distribution growth, and channel development
- Develop pricing models and go-to-market strategies to improve market penetration and profitability
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing operational and commercial team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or related field
- 12–15+ years of experience in FMCG, packaged foods, or manufacturing industries
- Strong experience managing full P&L responsibilities
- Proven track record in setting up or expanding food production facilities (strong advantage)
- Experience working with food regulatory agencies and compliance systems
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a production-led business environment
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and execution capability
