Job Summary

Skipper Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital is seeking a goal-oriented Business Development Executive to support revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and improve market visibility within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will focus on promoting the hospital’s eye care services, building corporate relationships, and securing business opportunities with HMOs and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to improve brand awareness and promote eye care services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hospital revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, referral partners, and key stakeholders
  • Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Prepare and submit business proposals, tenders, and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure profitable partnerships
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service delivery for new clients
  • Track business performance and prepare regular development reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, business development, or a related role
  • Good understanding of healthcare operations, hospital systems, and sales processes
  • Experience handling tenders and contract negotiations is an added advantage
  • Proven ability to secure contracts and increase business revenue
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Result-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
