Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and company policies
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure full resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM/helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot
- Meet or exceed performance KPIs including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, and Product to improve service delivery
- Support onboarding and training of new team members when required
- Suggest improvements to FAQs, support scripts, and customer service processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote experience is an added advantage)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Good computer literacy and ability to use multiple digital tools
- Ability to multitask and handle customer issues efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria
