Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and assist them in selecting perfumes based on preference
Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms
Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations
Process in-store and online customer orders efficiently
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Support stock monitoring and restocking activities when required
Required Qualifications
Minimum of BSc or HND qualification
Previous experience in sales or retail is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be proactive, presentable, and sales-oriented
