Job Summary

Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy, strengthen organisational culture, and ensure effective talent management across the company. The role involves overseeing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR policies with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and professional guidance across all departments on HR matters
  • Support overall business growth through effective HR management practices
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, training, and development processes
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Ensure effective payroll, pensions, and employee welfare administration
  • Develop and implement organisational development strategies
  • Drive HR policy development in line with business goals and labour regulations
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and positive workplace culture
  • Monitor and review remuneration structures to ensure competitiveness
  • Analyse performance review outcomes and advise leadership on workforce planning and succession
  • Coach and mentor HR team members to maintain high professional standards
  • Ensure compliance with HR systems, databases, and organisational policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) required
  • Minimum of 15 years’ HR experience, including 8 years in senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ERP platforms, and HR metrics
  • Proven experience in HR strategy development and execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and active listening abilities
  • Deep understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Results-driven and people-oriented mindset
