Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients for crypto and forex trading services
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and upselling
Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategy development
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fintech company or brokerage firm
Strong understanding of crypto and forex markets
Proven sales and marketing performance track record
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with strong closing ability
Ability to work independently and within a team
