Key Responsibilities
Coordinate official visits, meetings, and corporate events
Ensure adherence to proper protocol during high-level engagements
Provide administrative and protocol support to senior management
Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies
Manage inventory and ensure availability of required resources
Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, equipment, and vendors
Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate operational records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Public Administration, or related field
1–3 years relevant experience in protocol, logistics, or administrative roles
Event planning or coordination experience is an added advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
