IT Officer

Watchcon Security Services Limited is recruiting an IT Officer to manage ICT systems, surveillance infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations. The role involves maintaining IT equipment, supporting network systems, and ensuring smooth and secure technological operations across the organization.

• Install, configure, and maintain ICT systems and equipment
• Manage and monitor CCTV and surveillance systems
• Support IT security software and cybersecurity tools
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues
• Maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, and firewalls
• Ensure data protection, backups, and system security compliance
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Maintain proper IT documentation and inventory records

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and IT security tools
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN configuration)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
