Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers through field sales, referrals, and outreach
Promote and sell company products and services to new clients
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct market activations, visits, and promotional campaigns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Gather feedback on market trends and competitor activity
Support onboarding and documentation of new customers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
0–1 year experience in sales or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates eligible)
NYSC completion required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-driven and motivated by performance incentives
Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment
