Retail Manager

• Oversee daily supermarket operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Supervise store staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
• Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and product display
• Oversee cash handling processes and ensure accuracy in transactions
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to improve business performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 3–4 years’ experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in a supermarket/retail environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service
