Health Advisor

PJOC Nigeria Limited is hiring a Health Advisor to provide professional health guidance, wellness support, and client consultations. The role involves assessing client needs, recommending appropriate health solutions, and promoting preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle practices.

Conduct one-on-one health consultations via phone, chat, or in-person

Assess client health concerns and recommend suitable services, products, or referrals

Educate clients on preventive care, nutrition, and chronic disease management

Promote wellness programs and healthy lifestyle choices

Maintain accurate and confidential client health records

Follow up with clients to track progress and ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with healthcare professionals where necessary

Stay updated on health trends, guidelines, and company offerings

Meet quality, compliance, and service performance targets (if in a contact center role)

B.Sc. or HND in Nursing, Public Health, Health Education, Pharmacy, or related field

Fresh graduates with strong clinical knowledge may be considered

Professional certification (RN, RM, CHW, or related) is an advantage

Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills

Basic counseling and client support abilities

Proficiency in MS Office, EMR systems, and telehealth tools

Patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information
