Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and messages to clients to maintain strong relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues within required timelines
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot customer concerns
- Identify, analyze, and escalate client feedback for product or service improvement
- Suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance
- Organize training sessions and competitor analysis activities
- Support supervisors with assigned operational tasks
- Ensure high levels of customer retention and service quality
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written at C1 level)
- Knowledge of Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or retention roles
- At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in trading or investment platforms is an advantage
- Strong data analysis and quality control skills
- Ability to adapt to SOPs and fast-changing environments
- Must have a personal laptop for work
