Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, bookings, and follow-ups
- Handle phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries
- Support billing, payments, and basic record keeping
- Coordinate patient flow and daily clinic schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide consistent and high-quality customer service
Required Qualifications
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Well-presented, organized, and reliable personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in healthcare or front desk operations is an advantage
