Job Summary

Lisse Africa is seeking a Personal Assistant & Social Media Manager to provide administrative support while managing digital content and online engagement. The role combines executive support responsibilities with social media management in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal and administrative support to assigned executive(s)
  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content
  • Monitor and grow social media engagement across platforms
  • Assist in organizing tasks, reports, and documentation
  • Support brand visibility through online content strategies
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced hybrid environment

Required Qualifications

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and content management
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is an advantage (not compulsory)
