Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure payroll coordination and compliance documentation
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Drive performance management systems and staff development programmes
- Support strategic HR planning and organisational growth initiatives
- Coordinate administrative and facility-related responsibilities where required
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of proven experience in Human Resources roles
- Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Facility management experience is an added advantage
