Human Resources Manager

Sow Real Estate is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee and strengthen its HR operations. The role supports recruitment, employee management, compliance, and organisational development across its operational locations.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records and ensure payroll coordination and compliance documentation
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Drive performance management systems and staff development programmes
• Support strategic HR planning and organisational growth initiatives
• Coordinate administrative and facility-related responsibilities where required

• 3–7 years of proven experience in Human Resources roles
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Facility management experience is an added advantage
