Job Summary

Sow Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate all administrative functions within its Port Harcourt office. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient daily operations, effective facility and vendor management, structured documentation, and seamless administrative support across departments to enhance overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily administrative activities within the office
  • Manage office facilities including utilities, maintenance, pool vehicles, and supplies
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure adherence to service standards
  • Handle petty cash management and track operational expenses
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and corporate events
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital filing and documentation systems
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management
  • Implement and improve administrative policies and internal processes
  • Ensure effective coordination between departments including HR, Finance, and Sales

Required Qualifications

  • Ensure continuous availability of office supplies and essential utilities
  • Achieve high efficiency in vendor coordination and payment processing
  • Prevent major operational disruptions linked to administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate monthly petty cash reconciliation
  • Resolve facility and office issues within 24–48 hours

Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in an administrative leadership or management role
  • Experience in real estate is an added advantage
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Proven experience supervising administrative teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
