Zonal Manager (Business Development / Sales)

Flexi Microfinance Bank is seeking a results-driven Zonal Manager to oversee business development and sales operations across multiple northern states, driving team performance, recruitment, field operations, and growth strategy execution.

• Drive recruitment and expansion to meet headcount targets across assigned states
• Lead, train, and mentor Business Development Managers (BDMs)
• Ensure Business Developers meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Conduct regular team meetings to share updates and align strategy
• Monitor and validate field reports and activities submitted by teams
• Maintain real-time visibility of team movements and field operations
• Facilitate mentorship for underperforming team members
• Submit accurate attendance and performance reports
• Conduct random field visits to verify team activities
• Drive merchant acquisition and loan referral growth
• Gather and analyze market intelligence for business improvement

• HND qualification (0–5 years experience)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in field operations or sales is an advantage
• Strong data analysis and performance tracking ability
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail and accountability
