Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead weekly performance meetings to review KPIs, output, and market feedback
- Supervise and monitor BDMs and Business Developers (BDs) performance
- Track attendance, deployment, and productivity of field teams
- Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular field visits to validate market operations
- Monitor competitor activities and merchant feedback
- Ensure availability of operational materials and tools
- Review and verify daily field reports and visit records
- Monitor onboarding activities and field productivity
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
- Resolve field issues and escalate major challenges
- Provide coaching and support to improve team performance
- Promote discipline, accountability, and high performance culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4–7 years experience in sales, fintech, agency banking, or field operations
- Experience in companies like OPay, Moniepoint, or similar is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel frequently for field supervision
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
