Key Responsibilities
Office Administration (Primary Focus)
Ensure the office is well-maintained and fully functional daily
Monitor and manage office supplies (water, coffee, stationery, cleaning items, etc.)
Track and restock supplies proactively
Monitor electricity/internet availability and promptly escalate issues
Coordinate with vendors (fuel, cleaning, repairs, etc.) as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Handle printing, photocopying, scanning, and document filing
Support meeting setup and logistics
HR Support (Execution Only)
Print, organize, and file employee documents
Assist with onboarding logistics (document collation, welcome materials, coordination)
Track completion of employee forms (biodata, contracts, etc.)
Support document routing for signatures
Maintain and update basic HR trackers (as instructed)
Assist with timesheet collection and basic payroll documentation
Help upload and organize files on SharePoint
Recruitment Coordination
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Share interview details (time, venue, virtual links)
Update candidate trackers as directed
What This Role Is NOT
Not responsible for creating HR policies or documents from scratch
Not responsible for HR decision-making
Not responsible for handling employee relations independently
0–2 years experience in administrative or office support roles
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks efficiently
Good communication skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Must be reliable and available onsite
