Job Summary

The company is seeking a smart, disciplined, and highly strategic Female HR/COO – Operations & Growth Lead to oversee structure, operations, staff management, and business growth. The ideal candidate will drive accountability, improve internal systems, support expansion plans, and work closely with leadership to strengthen overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen the company’s operational framework for better efficiency
  • Oversee staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall performance
  • Create effective workflows across trading, customer service, accounting, compliance, and management teams
  • Develop HR policies, KPIs, reporting structures, and accountability systems
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure seamless coordination between departments
  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical business solutions
  • Support expansion plans, strategic growth initiatives, and business partnerships
  • Negotiate with vendors, partners, service providers, and potential investors
  • Prepare business reports, proposals, presentations, and investor-related documents
  • Ensure all departments meet company targets and operational goals
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on operations, risks, team performance, and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Female applicants are required for this position
  • Previous experience in HR, operations, administration, or business management
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Ability to establish systems and structure in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in startups, fintech, finance, crypto, or trading operations is an added advantage
  • Ability to prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Must be proactive, mature, disciplined, and highly accountable
  • Must be available to work on-site in Osapa London, Lekki
  • Must be able to work from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily
