Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth across major FMCG channels
- Activate, manage, and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and off-takers
- Utilize existing trade networks to support product market entry and expansion
- Execute field sales operations and trade activation initiatives
- Monitor sales records, stock movement, and distribution performance
- Collaborate with leadership to implement market entry and go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 3–6 years of FMCG sales, trade marketing, or distribution experience in Nigeria
- Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, or off-takers
- Strong field sales expertise and market presence
- Practical understanding of FMCG distribution channels in Nigeria
- Existing distributor or trade network is an added advantage
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset
