Job Summary

A financial services institution is seeking a driven Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager to attract and manage investment inflows from individual and corporate clients. The role focuses on fund raising, client acquisition, relationship management, and supporting liquidity growth through structured financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mobilize funds from individual and corporate investors to support liquidity requirements
  • Identify and develop new funding sources and market opportunities
  • Execute client acquisition strategies including cold calling and business development outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and high-net-worth clients
  • Manage client investment portfolios to encourage retention and repeat investments
  • Recommend suitable investment opportunities for excess liquidity deployment
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights for investment decisions
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on fund mobilization performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategies with business goals
  • Support growth of diversified funding channels to minimize risk exposure

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years’ experience in financial services, preferably treasury or market-facing roles
  • Proven experience in fund mobilization, client acquisition, or treasury product sales
  • Strong background in business development, cold calling, and client retention
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Master’s or professional certification is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of financial products and treasury instruments
  • Experience in investment analysis and portfolio diversification
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets consistently
