Job Summary

Simba Group is offering a 3–4 month SIWES/Industrial Training opportunity for students interested in customer service operations. The role provides hands-on experience in handling customer interactions, managing inquiries, and supporting daily operational activities in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English, Yoruba, and Hausa
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and reports
  • Support daily operational and administrative customer service tasks
  • Assist the team in ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Must be currently undergoing SIWES / Industrial Training (IT)
  • Enrollment in a recognized institution is required
  • Fluency in English, Yoruba, and Hausa
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, data entry, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
