Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers in English, Yoruba, and Hausa
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and reports
- Support daily operational and administrative customer service tasks
- Assist the team in ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently undergoing SIWES / Industrial Training (IT)
