Compovine Technologies Limited is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, campaign development, and integrated marketing communications across multiple locations. The role focuses on driving business results through well-structured marketing strategies, brand positioning, and cross-channel execution.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent and supports overall company positioning
• Design scalable marketing programs tailored to customer and market needs
• Manage integrated marketing across digital, social, PR, web, and internal channels
• Act as a brand custodian, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop key campaign messaging
• Lead creation of thought leadership content, reports, and client success stories
• Define success metrics and evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Manage timelines, expectations, and delivery of marketing projects
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform planning

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in senior marketing or leadership role
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
• Experience in campaign development and brand management
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights strategically
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
