Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Source and raise capital from HNIs, family offices, and private investors locally and internationally
- Drive investor conversations from initial contact to final capital commitment
- Present structured investment products including equity, debt, commercial papers, and alternative financing options
- Maintain an active pipeline of investor relationships with clear timelines and deal targets
- Serve as primary contact for investors, ensuring consistent communication and engagement
- Build long-term investor relationships to encourage repeat investments
- Support investment structuring, financial modelling, and due diligence processes
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- Represent the firm at investor events, networks, and high-level engagements
- Continuously grow and manage a strong investor network and pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 5–10 years’ experience in investor relations, private banking, wealth management, or corporate finance
- Proven track record of raising capital from HNIs or family offices
- Strong existing network of investors or access to high-net-worth circles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of investment products and deal structuring
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong commercial judgment and execution focus
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage
