Payroll Accountant

Iraizickify Business Store is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to manage employee salary processing, tax compliance, and payroll reporting. The role involves ensuring accurate payroll calculations, maintaining financial records, and supporting compliance with statutory regulations.

• Process employee payroll and oversee salary payments
• Calculate net salaries including deductions, taxes, and withholdings
• Maintain and update payroll records and general ledger entries
• Prepare payroll reports, accounting files, and financial schedules
• Monitor leave records, overtime, and holiday deductions
• Resolve payroll-related issues and employee inquiries
• Participate in payroll audits and ensure accuracy of records
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and payroll regulations
• Update financial documentation and maintain proper record-keeping systems

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid payroll or accounting certification (e.g., FPC) is an advantage
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality
