Job Summary

Clearview Hospital and Fertility is seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee patient experience and ensure high-quality service delivery across all touchpoints. The role focuses on patient relationship management, complaint resolution, service improvement, and supporting overall hospital growth through excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with patients and their families



Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback



Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient experience



Follow up with patients after visits to assess satisfaction and build loyalty



Receive, document, and resolve patient complaints professionally



Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvement strategies



Design and implement patient engagement and retention programs



Monitor and improve patient satisfaction across all service points



Support marketing initiatives through patient follow-ups and referrals



Track conversion rates from inquiries to paid services



Generate weekly and monthly reports on patient experience and service performance



Analyze data on patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field



3–5 years’ experience in customer relationship management (healthcare experience preferred)



Strong communication and interpersonal skills



High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution ability



Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite



Strong analytical and reporting skills



Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive environments
