Medical Sales Representative

KIYIX Recruitment Hub is seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. The role focuses on driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach within the assigned territory.

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory
• Identify and onboard new clients including hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
• Conduct regular field visits and product presentations
• Monitor stock levels at client locations and ensure product availability
• Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities
• Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in a science-related field
• 4–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Good knowledge of field marketing and client relationship management
