Field Sales Representative

Kiyix Recruitment Hub is seeking a target-driven Field Sales Representative to drive FMCG product sales across Enugu. The role involves expanding market reach, building customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets for products such as tomato paste, groundnut oil, beverages, and butter.

• Achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned territory (Enugu)
• Promote and sell FMCG products to wholesalers, retailers, and end users
• Identify and open new customer accounts to expand distribution networks
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and brand visibility
• Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure consistent product availability and market penetration

• OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in field sales or FMCG marketing
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Must reside in Enugu with good knowledge of the local market
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Street-smart, proactive, and results-driven
