Senior Account Officer

KIYIX Recruitment Hub is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Account Officer to manage financial operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role focuses on financial reporting, account reconciliation, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–6 years’ relevant accounting experience (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage
