Account Officer

Kiyix Recruitment Hub is seeking a detail-oriented Account Officer to support accurate financial management within a food distribution FMCG company. The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries
• Prepare invoices, budgets, and financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and perform regular account reconciliations
• Assist in audit processes and tax-related documentation
• Ensure proper documentation and financial compliance
• Support day-to-day accounting operations within the organization

• HND or BSc in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience in a similar accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately under minimal supervision
