Castel Resources Consultancy Limited is seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare high-quality baked goods while maintaining strict hygiene, consistency, and food safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked products including bread, pastries, cakes, and snacks
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients following standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all baked items
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the baking environment
• Monitor oven temperatures and control baking times accurately
• Manage baking supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

• Proven experience working as a Baker
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and production processes
• Ability to work early shifts and meet production deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Creativity in baking and product presentation
• Good time management skills
