Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and place procurement orders when necessary
- Prepare periodic reports on expenses and office budget utilization
- Maintain, update, and organize company databases and records
- Set up and manage filing systems for confidential and official documents
- Respond to employee and client enquiries in a timely manner
- Update and maintain office policies and internal procedures
- Manage company calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate meeting logistics
- Handle distribution and storage of correspondence including emails, letters, and packages
- Prepare reports and presentations using statistical data when required
- Arrange travel plans and accommodation for staff and management
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (additional qualification in Office Administration is an advantage)
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative systems
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and time management abilities
